About the Author
HADI ESFAHANI is professor of economics at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.
GIOVANNI FACCHINI holds a PhD from Stanford and teaches at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in the Netherlands and at the University of Milan in Italy. His research focuses on international trade and international factor mobility and has been published in the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Journal of International Economics and the Journal of Public Economics.
